To address the emotional concerns of our families, C4L counts on licensed psychologists to provide therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families as well as adults. When working with families and their children, C4L recognizes that each child has his/her way of managing their emotions. For this reason, each of our psychotherapists provides a different approach and methodology to meet your family’s needs.

Psychotherapy includes a range of techniques that are designed to improve the mental health of a client. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: personal goal setting, interpersonal relationships, and improvement of group relationships (e.g., family interaction, work settings, etc.).

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a structured and goal-directed treatment to provide effective symptom relief for a wide range of mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. CBT treatments are research-based and are designed for children, adolescents, and adults.
