Christina joined the team at Center for Learning in the Fall of 2003 after receiving her Multiple Subject Credential and Master’s Degree in Education from the University of California, Irvine. When she began with C4L as an educational therapist, she loved the challenge of working with different-aged students and being not only a teacher but a mentor to her students. She believes that academics are not the only learning obstacle that students face, and it’s important for kids to become empowered individuals who have confidence in their abilities and their possibilities. Christina’s passion for students, and her dedication to C4L, have led her to hold various roles within C4L – educational therapist, program coordinator at various private schools, and Director of Educational Therapy. . Christina strives to continue professional growth for herself, as well as the entire educational therapy department staff. Her ability to relate to students, families, and colleagues has made her an invaluable member of the C4L team.
